Musical Shabbat & Broadway Showcase

Friday, March 6, 2026 17 Adar 5786

7:00 PM - 9:00 PMCSH

Kick off your weekend with inspiring Shabbat melodies led by E. Scott Levin, a bass-baritone with a "smooth, buttery voice" and a flair for comedy that's had audiences laughing for over 20 years. Then, prepare to be dazzled as Scott and Ariel Pisturino—a soprano hailed as "simply exquisite" by Fanfare Magazine—take the stage for a sparkling performance of Broadway's greatest hits!

MEET THE STARS

SCOTT LEVIN
A Galveston native (BOI!) with a powerhouse voice and gifted comic talent, he has been delighting audiences for more than two decades. A longtime liturgical soloist at Temple Shaare Emeth in St. Louis, Scott has also performed with some of the country's most respected companies, including the Los Angeles Opera, Los Angeles Bach Festival, Pacific Opera Project, and Union Avenue Opera. His dynamic presence—equal parts humor and heart—will leave you smiling long after the last note.

ARIEL PISTURINO
A soprano whom Fanfare Magazine praises as "simply exquisite," Ariel has performed at the Kennedy Center and Long Beach Opera, and sung with the UCLA Early Music Ensemble and LA Camerata. She is currently shaping the next generation of artists as a music instructor at College of the Mainland.

Live keyboard accompaniment weaves it all together for a night of pure musical joy!
